How to Obtain an Application
Obtain an
application form online or from the town office
at 39 West Main Street or
a town official.
Return the completed application and supporting documents to the town office at least 2 weeks
prior to the scheduled Planning & Zoning meeting. The
application form must include as applicable:
application fee*
Detailed drawings or sketches
Architect’s or engineer’s drawings
Manufacturer’s literature
Photographs
Landscape drawings
Color samples
Plat of property
Supporting documents explaining application in detail

You will be required to attend the
following meetings to explain your application and to answer any
questions regarding your application. Failure to attend the
meeting may cause a delay in the approval process:
Planning & Zoning:
First Tuesday every month at 7:30 PM - Town Hall
HDC/ARC:
Second Tuesday every month at 7:30 PM - Town Hall.
